a. Only Govt IDs are allowed at the time of registration.

b. Rooms are for double occupancy only. No third person will be permitted until prior information to Manager. Charges will be applicable accordingly.

 
c. Kindly follow Mess Timings. No food will be provided outside timelines.

d. Taking food from mess to Rooms or packing food for office is prohibited.

e. Meal charges will be applicable for guests (if needed).

f. Throwing litter in the Lobby/Common areas is prohibited. If found guilty, they will be penalized.

g. If any damage done to the amenities provided in the premises or rooms, penalty will be applied.

h. Wasting food is strictly prohibited. “Kindly take what you can eat”

i. Wasting water or spilling is not allowed.

j. The lift in the building is for 4 Person occupancy only. Don’t over-weight the lift.

k. Cooking your own meal is allowed only inside your room. Kindly don’t use Mess for your personal cooking.

l. Stealing raw vegetables/grocery items from the Mess is strictly prohibited. If found guilty, penalty will be applied.

m. Tenants are requested to inform the Manager atleast 15 days prior to their Check-out.

n. Tenants are requested to inform the Manager on the whatsapp group about meal skip at any time of the day (Breakfast/lunch/dinner) to avoid food wastage.

o. Kindly lock the Main Gate while leaving or arriving to the Residency.
